Seating Information at Cain's Ballroom
Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, OK is a historic general admission, standing-room venue with a capacity of roughly 1,700 fans. Built in 1924 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the venue is best known for its spring-loaded maple dance floor, which serves as the main standing area for concerts. We recommend arriving early for popular shows, since the best spots near the stage are first come, first served.
- Main Floor (Standing Room): The majority of the venue is open standing room on the famous dance floor. This is the best area for fans who want to be close to the stage and feel the full energy of the show.
- Perimeter Seating: There are a limited number of seats and one or two bleachers along the edges of the ballroom, and for select shows tables and chairs are placed at the back of the room when ticket sales allow.
- Mezzanine (21+ Only): The upstairs Mezzanine offers a private bar, private bathroom, and limited bar stool seating. Mezzanine tickets also include floor access, but capacity is very limited and these tickets sell out fast. Note that the Mezzanine is accessible only by stairs and the view is partially obstructed by support beams.
Best sections: the front half of the dance floor for sightlines and energy, or the Mezzanine for guaranteed seating with bar service. Sections to avoid: spots directly behind the Mezzanine support beams and the very back of the floor near the main bar if you want a clear view of the stage.
Good to know: there is no dedicated ADA seating section. Guests with accessibility needs should contact the venue by email or call 918.584.2306 at least 72 hours before the event. A full bar is located at the back of the main room.
